We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
B2B Sales Representative
to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in business-to-business sales who thrives in a performance-driven environment. The position offers the flexibility of remote work and a competitive commission-based compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Present and promote company products and services to potential and existing clients.
  • Develop customized sales proposals and negotiate agreements aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify and pursue emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering results.
