Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes in field as well as DOB and all city agency requirements.

Duties

  • Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize construction management software such as Procore, Submittal Exchange or similar for project tracking and reporting.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
  • Develop and update project schedules including an overall critical path schedule and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at jobsite.
  • Licensed DOB superintendent certification required.
  • Must have extensive knowledge in new construction projects from start to finish.
  • Must have knowledge of SOE, Underpinning, Foundations, Piles, Shoring, Reinforced Concrete, and Concrete Plank construction types for New Buildings.
  • Must have knowledge/experience in using Autocad or similar program for creating and updating asbuilt drawings during construction as well as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.

Experience

  • Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in construction management software including Submittal Exchange, Dropbox, Procore, Autocad and/or similar programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in blueprint reading, project scheduling, and time management are essential.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and safety regulations is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125, $175,000.00 per year
