Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead our GC projects from our office in Manhattan and on job site visits. This role is open to a candidate with construction experience and working in a fast-paced setting on multiple projects in a busy small GC office. Key Responsibilities: Own and lead your own projects from start to finish: Running a job – full cycle, start to finish Project Budgeting/Bidding/Customer Proposal Project Scheduling Maintain and update job Contact Sheet Maintaining job folders Permitting Subcontractor biding and awarding Site logistics Quality control Lead & own project meetings Change management Cost management Approve invoices weekly/biweekly for payment Own project logs and all updates in a timely manner Own job Submittals process for your projects Managing project turnover, phased occupancy, and closeout Managing warranty requirements Supporting the project's Superintendent & labor with coordination of work on site, including supply of adequate materials, manpower, and equipment. Ordering Materials & Finishes for project. Out of State Permits & Licensing Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage details. A can-do attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfort with technology and an eagerness to learn new systems. Past Laborer/super experience is an important PLUS Must have at least 5+ years of experience and are able to run a project independently.
