We are seeking a Program Manager who will provide both strategic guidance and hands-on execution across enterprise risk management initiatives. This role will play a critical part in strengthening controls, validating compliance posture, supporting remediation recommendations, and preparing the organization for 2026 audit readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments and evaluate control effectiveness across key business and technology processes.
  • Lead issue remediation planning, validation, and resolution tracking.
  • Recommend mitigation strategies for inherent and residual risks aligned to compliance requirements.
  • Interpret regulatory and compliance requirements and convert them into actionable, scalable execution plans.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support audit readiness efforts (internal and external).
  • Support audit walkthroughs, evidence collection, coordination, testing and validation activities.
  • Track timelines, dependencies, risks and delivery consistency across multiple workstreams.
  • Provide strategic risk insights with the ability to influence decision-making within ambiguous environments.

Required Experience

  • Experience with risk frameworks such as: COSO, NIST, ISO 31000, SOX, SOC 2
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance environments (global + regional)
  • Hands-on background conducting risk assessments, control validation, testing, and issue management
  • Prior audit experience (internal or external) and proven audit readiness execution
  • Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and ability to operate independently as a self-starter
  • Experience leading end-to-end project delivery
  • Familiarity with GRC / Risk platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, Archer, or similar
