The Sage Group's client, a leading FinTech company, is seeking a strategic, results-driven Go-to-Market Senior Manager to lead product launches, streamline GTM processes, and drive cross-functional alignment for the #1 Most Love Banking App.

About the Role

In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of marketing campaigns that build the brand. This highly cross-functional role will collaborate with internal teams across Brand Marketing, Paid Media, Creative, Analytics, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing as well as external agencies to create compelling campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Launch Execution
  • Tier 1 GTMs (major integrated campaigns) – Lead strategy and delivery for product-led upper funnel and integrated campaigns; coordinate with PMM and channel teams on schedules and creative.
  • Tier 2 Program & Partnership GTMs – Own design and delivery of GTM strategy; ensure work-back schedules are aligned with all channel teams.
  • Tier 3 Product GTMs – Support PMM teams with delivery oversight and executional alignment.

  • GTM Process Optimization

  • Own and continuously refine the end-to-end GTM process for product, program, and partnership launches.
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities across Product Marketing (PMM), Lifecycle Marketing (LCM), GTM, channel owners, and cross-functional partners (Comms, PR, Legal, Compliance).
  • Maintain the product launch calendar and key creative messaging calendar, ensuring alignment across Brand and Growth teams.
  • Facilitate launch readiness meetings, ensuring dependencies and deliverables are tracked and met.
  • Collaborate with Program Management and Creative Producer to manage and execute campaign deliverables and identify opportunities to improve ways of working.

  • Web Strategy & Execution

  • Own the GTM execution of strategy web briefs, partnering across Web, Product Marketing, and Consumer Insights to develop new pages or architecture to support Growth.
  • Partner with Web, UX, and Engineering teams to plan, brief, and execute site updates that align with GTM priorities.
  • Develop web content strategies that drive both conversion and brand engagement, leveraging SEO and analytics to optimize performance.
  • Ensure timely deployment of web updates in sync with product and campaign launch timelines.

  • TVC Development & Execution

  • Support development of our Performance TV creative to continue to fill our funnel of creative TVCs.
  • Lead briefing, creative development, shoot, editing, trafficking, launch, analysis in partnership with Paid Media Team.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in go-to-market or product marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in web strategy, content management systems (CMS), and cross-functional digital production.
  • Experience managing large-scale product launches and integrated campaigns in fintech, tech, or consumer apps.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Customer-centric with demonstrated understanding and experience translating consumer insights into tangible plans and actions.
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels and tactics, from awareness driving media to demand generating display, including linear TV, OTT, social channels, OOH, digital platforms, influencer partnerships, web and marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to synthesize insights, identify and act upon opportunities.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive within the fast pace and ambiguity of a growth organization.
  • BS/BA in Marketing or related field.

Pay range and compensation package
