Job Description:
We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team in the Miami office. In this multifaceted role, you will provide comprehensive support to our Executive Adjusters and team members. The ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail and has strong verbal and written communication skills. The position will carry significant responsibility and provide opportunities for creativity, career growth, and skills acquisition. The position will be office-based to start with the potential for remote work through a hybrid work schedule (office and remote based).
Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assisting with various administrative tasks including managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments, researching and booking travel
- Maintaining effective communication with clients
- File preparation and maintenance
- Drafting reports and performing data entry, as necessary
Required Experience / Skills:
- Experience using Mac OS software and Microsoft Suite programs
- High-level of organization and ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office while constantly maintaining a friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Courteous and professional communication skills with co-workers and clients
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth production flow.
- BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
