LAM Finance Control & Reporting is looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to support the team. This position is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable financial information. The successful individual must be able to analyze and interpret data to draw out insights and drive change.

We'll trust you to:

• Support the monthly and quarterly financial close processes, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.

• Assist in Financial Statement preparation, external audit requests and internal audit matters.

• Assist in the preparation of annual financial budgets and forecasts

• Assist in preparing recurring and ad-hoc financial reports and analyses for senior management.

• Collaborate with team members, middle office, front office and various support teams within the organization on various projects and ad hoc tasks.

You'll need to have:

• 3-5 years of experience with a solid background in accounting and finance
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
• Proficiency in ERP systems, experience in SAP a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
• Prior investment accounting and ASC 810 experience is a plus
• Aptitude and experience using MS Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proven ability to work effectively in both a collaborative, team-oriented environment and individually
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear documentation, analysis and reporting

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $80,000 – $110,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant's years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard Asset Management's compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
