Job Overview:
This Senior Analyst role sits within our Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P) team supporting LPL Financial. A fundamental component of this newly formed role is managing the day-to-day processes of the Strategic Sourcing Team in support of our Employee Advisor models.
Responsibilities:
- Support Employee Advisor Models in the day-to-day management of vendors required for an employee advisor office onboarding - contract requests, reporting, and answering questions regarding the process and Program.
- Assist with vendor onboarding, contracting and payment under tight and critical timelines.
- Negotiate low-to-medium dollar and risk contracts independently across a variety of categories, Facilities, Market Data, IT Software, etc.
- Assist leadership in high-dollar/high-risk negotiations.
- Work in collaboration with the Field Management team to develop and execute on strategic sourcing strategy specific to the employee advisor model Program.
- Present recommendations and process improvements to Strategic Sourcing and Field Management leaders.
- Manage request queues in a timely manner and within SLA including supplier terminations, extensions, and product purchases in a timely manner.
- Problem solve when faced with a sourcing anomaly.
- Assist in the development/presentation of category plans and data analysis to provide visibility into process, opportunities, spend, and market insights for short term and long term Program planning.
- Bring thought leadership into additional cost and operational efficiencies.
- Represent and advocate SS&P strategies and goals across the firm.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in a medium to large professional enterprise or
- 2+ years of experience working in Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing , or related field in a regulated industry.
Core Competencies:
- Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, SharePoint, Word and Power Point
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects
- Ability to prioritize individual workload based on business needs and deadlines
- Strong Relationship building skills through providing consistent & transparent customer service to the Business Units we support.
- Strong Communication skills with senior level leadership
- Grace under pressure and a sense of humor
Preferences:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience using Ariba or other Procure-to-Pay tools
- Financial Services experience is desirable
Pay Range:
$71,588-$119,313/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
