MobilityPLUS Rehabilitation is a private practice that was started in 2004 with a goal of providing high quality physical and occupational therapy to the region. We are locally owned and operated by therapists who live in our rural communities. We treat a variety of patient populations and offer many different specialty services.

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist/ PTA to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. We value hard work, professionalism, a growth mindset, a positive attitude and attention to detail. New therapists will have the opportunity to grow into their profession and expand on their individual areas of interest. We place a high priority on quality continuing education to ensure our therapists are the best of the best.

Qualifications will include:

  • Current state license or in the process of licensure in this state
  • Basic Life support and
  • New graduates welcome to apply
  • Graduated from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing patients' medical histories and systems review
  • Assess and interpret evaluations and test results.
  • Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Outline clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
  • Help patients accomplish treatment plans by administering exercises, techniques, modalities, and equipment as necessary.
  • Document patients' progress and modify the plan of care as necessary
  • Educate patients and family members about the process and implement discharge plans
