**Job Overview:**

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking to make a difference in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis? Pair With ABA is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of behavior analysts and therapists in providing top-notch services to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

• Answering phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars for staff
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
• Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
• Providing general administrative support to the team as needed

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
