Overview

We are seeking a motivated Medical Office Cleaner to join our night shift team, starting at 9 pm from Monday through Saturday. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of medical facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. If you have experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance, this is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of medical offices, exam rooms, restrooms, waiting areas, and common spaces according to established protocols
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors to maintain a spotless appearance
  • Disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas to uphold health and safety standards
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly to ensure cleanliness
  • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
  • Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately during cleaning tasks
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards discovered during cleaning to the supervisor promptly

Requirements

  • Prior experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred
  • Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and stripping floors
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols in healthcare environments
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
