Key Points:

-Starting rate is $22 an hour. The longer you stay with the company, the more you make.

-$500 sign on bonus - payable after 6 months of employment

-Paid weekly direct deposit on Fridays

-Materials & one-on-one training provided

-Work independently, no coworkers

-No nights, no weekends, no major holidays

-$300-$500/ week depending on hours

Most cleaners work MTW or MWF... 9am-5pm (roughly) depending on the size houses you have that day.

Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part- time Housekeeper to join our team at Jillian's Housekeeping & Co. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in clients homes, ensuring a high standard of service that aligns with our commitment to excellence. This job requires you to commute on your own. You tell me when you can and cannot work, you drive your own car, materials are covered as additional pay, you need a drivers license, and previous cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

  • Top to bottom house cleaning: Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, woodwork, staging, etc.
  • 2 houses per day (one morning client, one afternoon client)
  • Some houses are bigger, some are smaller (a range of square feet). Some will take you 4 hours, some will take you 2.5.
  • Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to the highest standards.
  • 9am start time. Commute to and from clients homes independently.
  • Maintain a professional attitude
  • Stay committed to the schedule that you and I agree upon - minimum 3 business days a week
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • Experience in professional housekeeping.
  • Strong references
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately and take constructive criticism well
  • You have your own car and can drive yourself too and from clients homes. Average commute ranges from 15-35 min.
  • Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
  • US Citizen
