We have a variety of positions available for continued growth with the company. Our entry-level position as a Direct Support Professional functions similarly to a caregiving role. We support our clients to make healthy decisions, model and encourage functional social behavior, encourage community involvement, assist with activities of daily living and much more.

Each of our residential homes serves between 1-3 individuals. We provide a company vehicle for employees to use during daily activities. We like to stay active and have fun and encourage our clients to participate in a wide range of community activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Pass a criminal background check.

  2. Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

  3. Be Punctual, reliable, and have integrity

  4. Patience and empathy for disabled individuals

  5. Ability to follow written care plans

  6. Light computer skills are a plus

We are currently screening for (2) full time positions.

Shady Cove, OR - Full Time Day Support Activity DSP. In this position you will be working directly without residents to support them as they participate in Day Support Activities.

Medford, OR - Full Time DSP in Residential Group Home. This position consists of hour shifts per week and includes partially paid sleep time.
