Senior Full-Desk Financial & Accounting Recruiter
Refactor Talent | Remote (Atlanta-based)
Refactor Talent is hiring an experienced Full-Desk Financial & Accounting Recruiter to take ownership of high-value, existing client relationships while continuing to build new business within a well-defined, supported model.
This role is designed for a recruiter who knows how to run a desk end to end—client development, job intake, candidate delivery, and account expansion—and who wants immediate access to meaningful revenue opportunities rather than starting from zero.
The Opportunity
- Ownership of two large, established public accounting clients with active and recurring hiring needs
- Ability to cross-sell F&A recruiting services into Refactor Talent's existing technology client base
- A structured 40/60 warm-to-cold account mix, allowing you to build while producing from day one
- Remote-first role, with candidates based in or around Atlanta preferred
This is not a junior or training role. You will be expected to operate independently, manage senior-level conversations, and produce consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a full desk focused on Financial & Accounting roles (public accounting, industry, and related finance functions)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: client intake, search strategy, candidate sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and offer management
- Expand existing client relationships through repeat placements and cross-selling into adjacent teams and service lines
- Proactively develop new business within your territory while prioritizing warm, active accounts
- Build and maintain a high-quality candidate network across accounting and finance
- Accurately track activity, pipelines, and performance in Bullhorn
- Partner with Refactor Talent leadership and peers to share market intelligence and best practices

uired Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a full-desk recruiter, ideally within Financial & Accounting or adjacent professional services markets
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through both client development and delivery
- Experience working with public accounting firms strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or similar credentials are a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
- First-year on-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000+, with upside for top performers
