Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, HR files, and records in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and timekeeping accuracy.
  • Support implementation of company policies and ensure consistent application across teams.

4. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and internal company standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, policies, and employee handbooks.
  • Support audits, reporting, and compliance checks as needed.
  • Coordinate with leadership to develop and implement new HR procedures as the organization evolves.

5. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Provide HR support to clinical, administrative, and operations teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments for all HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate closely with US-based HR and Operations teams to align global processes.

Qualifications & Skills
