Responsibilities
Our Kforce client, a publicly traded and global organization based in the Saint Louis, MO area, is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to support critical treasury operations. This position is essential to the company's day-to-day financial stability and requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional who can collaborate effectively across teams and with external banking partners. The position is hybrid, 4 days a week in office, (1-day remote Friday or Monday from home). Duties:

  • Treasury Analyst will perform daily cash reporting and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Initiate payments, maintain documentation, and support online banking user management and account signatories
  • Manage incoming checks and support subsidiaries with ACH and wire template creation
  • Track balances for all foreign bank accounts and prepare quarterly translation and reconciliation of activity
  • Summarize cash related data for accounting and statutory reporting
  • Oversee corporate expense reporting system and assist employees with compliance and submissions
  • As a Treasury Analyst, you will support subsidiary administrators and maintain merchant card programs, including PCI compliance and implementing new programs as needed
  • Manage user access and permissions within AP automation systems
  • Ensure timely processing of transactions and support subsidiaries in system use
  • Process ACH and wire payments for Corporate and manage onboarding for new entities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or general accounting
  • Strong understanding of cash management processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAGE or payment management systems is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable supporting multiple subsidiaries with unique operational needs
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
