About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven, and growth-oriented Head of Partnerships to lead Isaac Health's commercial efforts. This is a high-impact executive leadership role, responsible for shaping and executing our growth strategy, developing key partnerships, and building a scalable growth team. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, deep healthcare experience, and the executive presence to represent Isaac Health at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Isaac Health's overall growth strategy and oversee all stages of the sales pipeline—from prospecting to contracting. Provide real-time pipeline and relationship updates, forecast accuracy, and growth reporting to executive leadership with a focus on transparency and outcomes.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with health plans (primary focus), health systems, ACOs, medical groups, home health providers, and senior living organizations.
- Represent Isaac Health at major healthcare conferences and high-level client meetings with C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead proposal writing efforts to demonstrate company capabilities and secure new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to build compelling pitch decks, case studies, and thought leadership content that supports business development.
- Engage with prospective and existing partners to problem-solve and co-develop solutions aligned with their goals.
- Build and lead the growth team, setting the vision for commercial expansion and ensuring execution against KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, ideally with a background in top-tier consulting and/or business development roles in health tech or services.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, especially value-based care and the payer/provider landscape.
- Experience with payer contracting, ideally also including value based care, with the ability to craft deal and pricing structures.
- Proven success in developing partnerships with health plans or equivalent stakeholders.
- Executive-level communication skills with presence and credibility in high-stakes environments.
- Analytical thinker with a collaborative, consultative style.
- Willingness to travel as needed for strategic meetings and industry events.
