Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with a strong interest in family law to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a diverse caseload from initial client intake through trial. You will work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts in all stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of family law cases including pleadings, discovery, hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Draft motions, petitions, proposed orders, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct client consultations and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Represent clients in court and mediation with professionalism and confidence.
  • Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case management and compliance with deadlines.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on Florida family law and procedural updates.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership and good standing with The Florida Bar.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.
  • Compassion for clients navigating sensitive family issues.
