- Create and refine sales comp plans, GTM strategies, and process improvements that enhance team productivity and conversion.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align messaging, funnel efficiency, and customer lifecycle performance.
- Build scalable systems for tracking performance, reporting on wins/losses, and optimizing conversion at each funnel stage.
- Manage key platform partnerships and integrations with HRIS, ATS, and payroll providers to extend distribution and market reach.
- Support customer migration initiatives from legacy systems to the unified platform.
- Maintain compliance literacy around FCRA and related consumer reporting regulations in sales communications and customer enablement.

- Minimum five years of hands-on account or strategic sales experience in fast-moving B2B software contexts.
- Experience operating in regulated industries or selling FCRA-compliant, financial, or HR-related technology is highly preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Expert-level understanding of sales tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong operational acumen — comfortable designing comp plans, territory models, and performance dashboards.
- Deep understanding of SMB and mid-market GTM dynamics, including outbound strategy, CAC/LTV modeling, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Skilled communicator capable of leading executive presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
- Broad business literacy across finance, marketing, and product strategy to align revenue objectives with company goals.
