The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Clinical Chart Specialist in Admissions at Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.

Salary:$34,455.20

Shift:3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Grade D

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clerical support to the medical staff and nursing staff
  • Responsible for management of the retrieval and processing of patients clinical, legal, medical, and laboratory documents received from other locations
  • Enter data into the computer data management systems
  • Collect patient demographic information and assembling patient charts
  • Oversee and manage the Medical Clearance Processes through various referral agencies.
