Part-Time Content Creator – Video & Social Media - In Simi Valley CA

Location: On-site (4–6 hours per day) SIMI VALLEY CA

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday–Friday

Are you a creative, tech-savvy individual who loves bringing ideas to life through short-form video content? We're looking for a Content Creator to join our team and help turn our ideas into engaging social media content. This is an on-site role where you'll shoot, edit, and post short videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) across our social platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Capture and edit short-form video and photo content using a smartphone or compact camera
  • Work closely with the team to bring ideas to life in a fast, efficient, and visually engaging way
  • Create and post content to platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Support marketing campaigns with fresh, creative assets
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, look, and feel across all content

What We're Looking For:

  • Creative, reliable, and organized
  • Strong editing skills (mobile editing apps or tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy with a good eye for visual storytelling
  • Self-starter with a passion for social media trends and viral content
  • Comfortable filming and editing in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment

Skills

  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on content creation and branding.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles including SEO, social media marketing, and relationship management.
  • Experience in photography and video editing is a plus for creating compelling visual content.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
