Position Summary:

The Community Relations & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in planning fundraising events, engaging churches and local businesses, organizing community outreach efforts, and serving as liaison between us and our marketing agency. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for someone who is relational, organized, and passionate about the pro-life cause and the Gospel. Training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination (60%)

  • Plan and execute ministry events, including:
  • Annual fundraising Gala
  • Walk for Life or 5K
  • Diaper Drives and Baby bottle campaigns
  • Community open houses or church presentations
  • Coordinate logistics: venues, vendors, volunteers, communication, and follow-up.
  • Event promotion through social media, flyers, and church bulletins.

Church & Community Outreach (30%)

  • Build and maintain relationships with local churches, businesses and faith-based organizations.
  • Manage speaking engagements for Executive Director
  • Schedule and attend church visits to share ministry updates, distribute materials, and recruit support.
  • Cultivate a network of church liaisons and ministry ambassadors.
  • Represent the clinic at community events and ministry fairs.

Development Support (10%)

  • Organize donor appreciation and volunteer recognition efforts.
  • Draft content for email campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts (as needed).
  • Support Executive Director with light administrative tasks related to development.
  • Write monthly donor thank-you notes and acknowledgments.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $20, $25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
