We are looking for a full-time Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. Must have at least 1 year of prior experience. The applicant must be a self-starter, driven, and organized. Also, should possess problem-solving, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency required. Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, One Drive), Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Knowledge of Filevine, Needles, or any other legal case management software is a plus. Knowledge of personal injury litigation is required.

Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, motions, scheduling orders, etc.

Monitor Judicial website and short calendar

Effective calendaring

E-filing (motions, objections, scheduling orders, etc.)

Prepare trial and arbitration binders

Schedule depositions

Prepare interrogatories and production

Case management

Effective client communication

Skills:

Must have prior litigation personal injury paralegal experience

Detailed Oriented

Microsoft Word and Excel proficient

Computer literacy

Proficiency in typing

Outstanding customer service

Excellent secretarial and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $80,000.00 per year
