POSITION: Production Operations Associate

 What You Will Do:

  • Daily interaction with shop floor to ensure progress of generator units and update tracking notes.
  • Ensure communication with the Operations Lead on priorities, work in progress updates, concerns, etc
  • Update flowsheet/tracking multiple times a day for up-to-date status
  • Update Line of Balance sheets several times throughout the week
  • Interact with Production Supervisor regarding status of quality notifications to be reworked, inspection activities or Contact production supervisor(s) regarding quality notifications that are units/quality notifications that are ready for rework or quality notification write ups.
  • Participate in required meetings

What You Will Bring:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment/shop floor
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite of programs
  • Good time management skills 
  • Effective written and oral communication skills 
  • Proactive problem solver 
  • Effective internal/external customer service skills

Pay Range: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

  • This role is considered an on-site position located in Rockford, ILL
  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. 
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
