What You'll Do

  • Craft delicious deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and hot dishes, with care and precision
  • Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming experience
  • Operate deli equipment such as slicers, ovens, and grills safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, adhering to food safety standards
  • Accurately handle cash and card transactions using a POS system.
  • Stock shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory to keep deli items fresh and available
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Prior deli or food service experience is strongly preferred, but we value passion and willingness to learn
  • Skills:
  • Outstanding customer service and communication
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and handling techniques
  • Familiarity with Square POS systems (preferred, but not required)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Upselling and suggestive selling skills are a plus
  • Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with flexibility to work mornings and weekends as needed
