EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver top-notch service with a customer-first mindset
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform load calculations, airflow balancing, and equipment sizing
  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members
  • Maintain organized workspaces and service vehicles
  • Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams independently
  • Use digital invoicing software accurately
  • Mentor apprentices and junior techs
  • Recommend and sell add-on products when appropriate

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years as a senior technician
  • Applicable state licenses
  • Knowledge of commercial systems (15 tons and down)
  • Knowledge of higher-tier equipment (smart thermostats, Carrier Infinity systems)
  • Proficiency with schematics, wiring diagrams, and digital invoicing software
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to provide all basic hand tools to complete 90% of service work
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Resides within 15 miles of Arlington, TX
  • Physical ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Strong decision-making skills and customer service abilities
