About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in both residential and light to heavy commercial systems. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can work independently, with minimal supervision from managers and thrives in a clean, non-smoking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR #1 PRIORITY
  • Deliver high-level service with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
  • Work with dispatchers and service manager to execute service calls and complete jobs efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and coworkers.
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and service vehicles.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems.
  • Good presentation skills with customers, not afraid to sell

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and light commercial).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills; able to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience with boilers and chillers is a strong advantage.
  • IAQ systems knowledge is a major plus.
  • Candidate can operate efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Applicable state licenses
  • At time of hire you must already possess all necessary hand tools to complete 90% of service work
