As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital part in shaping treatment plans, providing supervision to a team of clinicians, and approving electronic notes and reports for payroll purposes. Your expertise will help transform lives through compassionate, innovative mental health services while promoting professional growth within your team.

Duties

  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to licensed and unlicensed mental health practitioners, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
  • Develop, review, and approve individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Conduct regular case consultations.
  • Offer guidance on complex cases and facilitate skill development among team members.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches to maximize positive outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and organizational policies.
  • Approve electronic reports and case notes to confirm clinical time on cases.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional development, open communication, and continuous learning.
  • Meet with agency Director to review supervision sessions with clinicians and the dynamics of specific cases.

Skills

  • Proven experience in clinical supervision within mental health or behavioral health settings.
  • Must have licensure in one of the following categories: Marriage and Family Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities including art therapy and gender issues counseling.
  • Familiarity with psychopharmacology principles relevant to mental health treatment.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively mentor staff and engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and compliance tasks.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
  • Passion for empowering clients through innovative approaches and fostering a positive team culture. Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Work Location: In person
