We are seeking for a part time, traveling front desk coordinator for our Eng Orthodontics team We are seeking for someone with high moral character to perform clerical and administrative functions while providing our patients and their families with the very best possible customer service. You must be reliable, punctual, and work well as a team Self motivator and willingness to learn new things. Must be detail oriented.

· Scheduling appointments for patients

· Answering multiple phone lines

· Handling internal/external correspondence

· Building patient relationships
