Duties

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Utilize schematics to understand vehicle systems and components for accurate diagnostics.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition, repair needs, and recommended services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to enhance overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
