Litigation Attorney

The Position

Our client is a multinational tech and consumer company. They are looking for a litigation attorney with a minimum of three years of prior experience to handle various litigation matters, including small claims, garnishments, subpoenas, demand letters, and other litigation matters as necessary. Tasks will include managing with outside counsel and attending depositions and hearings. In-house experience is not required.

Candidates should have good communication skills and judgment, know the right questions to ask, properly assess whether outside counsel's advice is sound, and raise appropriate issues with management, PR, etc.

This person will be expected to adhere to the company's 3-day work week and be in an office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and will need to sit in the client's
Cupertino, CA
office and needs to be barred in the corresponding state.

This project starts ASAP, is 40 hours per week, and has an anticipated initial duration of 12 months, but the project may be extended for the right person.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $85 and $90. This range is an estimate; an employee's compensation will be based on the employee's qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
