Key Responsibilities

• Manage patent litigation matters, including infringement contentions and Markman proceedings

• Conduct written and oral fact and expert discovery

• Work closely with partners, clients, engineers, and technical experts

• Collaborate on complex, multi-jurisdictional and global litigation matters

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent litigation

• Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineers and developers

• Confidence working directly with sophisticated technology clients

• Admission to practice law and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Education

• Degree in engineering, applied physics, mathematics, computer science, or a related technical field

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
