R+L Carriers is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to work with our maintenance team in our Wilmington, OH Service Center. The chosen candidate will provide a variety of executive administrative functions to support the department in a professional and timely manner, which includes but is not limited to the following:

The ideal candidate will perform general office, clerical and administrative support functions including phone coverage, creating and editing documents using Microsoft Office applications, photocopying, typing, filing, and ordering supplies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years - providing executive administrative support in a fast-paced corporate setting
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and accept ownership of tasks
• Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and perform all other duties as assigned
• Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively analyze data, investigate and find solutions
• Ability to maintain, at all times, the highest level of confidentiality
• Ability to deal with people and situations diplomatically and professionally
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbal and written combined with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Highly dependable with ability and willingness to work
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and patience
• Ability to adapt to and initiate change
