If you have previous experience as a Scheduling Assistant, Appointment Setter, or Call Center Agent, this role is perfect for you

Compensation: Starting hourly wage with bonuses can reach up to $22 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm and two or three Saturdays a month from 7am to 2pm. On Saturdays worked, you have the option to leave early on the following Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service appointments for our guests to meet their vehicle needs
  • Effectively communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide appropriate guidance
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, texts, online scheduling, and live chat
  • Offer advice on maintenance recommendations
  • Confirm scheduled and missed appointments

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
  • Punctual, reliable, open minded and committed to professional and personal growth
  • Proficient in computer skills, with experience in Gmail, Excel, and Word (dual-screen experience preferred)
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
