Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Tax Preparers to join our team. As a Tax Preparer at Accurate Tax Pro, you will work closely with clients to prepare and file their tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax regulations. This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure, rewarding you for your expertise and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review individual tax returns using company software
  • Collect and verify client documents and personal information
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all client data
  • Communicate clearly with clients about their returns, refunds, and deductions
  • Meet deadlines and follow office procedures
  • Participate in training or refresher sessions if needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous tax prep experience (preferred, not required)
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) a plus — or willing to obtain one
