Job Summary

Are you a detail-oriented, patient person with strong critical thinking skills? If you have excellent concentration, technological proficiency, and a commitment to professionalism, then you would be a perfect addition to our Life team as a Proofreader I. As a Life Proofreader I, you will be a vital part of the document completion process, checking for errors and inconsistencies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for proofreading and mailing policies to agents.
  • Responsible for proofreading checks, letters, and forms that are to be mailed to the customer.
  • Prepare duplicate policies.
  • Key information on policy documents.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Part I LOMA (Course 1 and 2) is helpful.
  • Business courses helpful.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good reading and English skills.
  • Good documentation and organizational skills are a must.
  • Typing and calculator expertise is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
