Data Entry SpecialistExempt/Non-exempt: Non-exemptReports to: Manager, Database AdministrationDate: December 16, 2025 Position Summary: PCF is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Data Entry Specialist to manage donation entry and record-keeping, ensuring accurate donor data. This role supports database integrity and reporting under the supervision of the Manager, Database Administration. Proficiency in Raiser's Edge is required. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and committed to data accuracy and confidentiality.Essential Functions: Accurately enter, update, and maintain donor data in Raiser's Edge.Ensure timely and accurate processing of donation records.Review data for errors and inconsistencies, making necessary corrections.Generate reports and assist with data analysis to support fundraising efforts.Ensure data security and confidentiality in compliance with organizational policies.Collaborate with various departments to ensure data needs are met.Support database cleanup and maintenance to uphold data integrity.Maintain documentation of data entry procedures and best practices.Required Skills/Competencies:  Proficiency in Raiser's Edge.At least 2 years of nonprofit experience entering and managing data in donor CRM platforms (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with donor management.Basic understanding of nonprofit operations and fundraising practices.Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, or similar).Physical Demands: Bending, sitting, and lifting (20 pounds or less, not repetitive) Position type and expected work hours: Entry-level, full-time, typically 8:00 am-5:00 pm, five days a week, but can expect to work on weekends and more than 40 hours a week infrequently.
