Job Details
Contracts Specialist

The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and managing agreements with private health plans, provider networks, and HMO's focusing on California-based agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Legal, or related field
  • Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of contracting experience within healthcare (Pharmacy or Infusion therapy preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating payer and HMO contracts
  • Proficient knowledge of regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, CMS, and state pharmacy board standards
