We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Manager/Key Holder to join our pizzeria. In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring high quality food.

The ideal candidate will be reliable and able to effectively run store operations throughout the week smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support food inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and prepping for each upcoming shift.
  • Train and orient new employees, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
  • Implement promotional strategies to enhance sales and drive customer engagement.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers, team members, and managers.
  • Experience in cash handling and understanding of financial practices is essential.
