Job Summary
The INSPIRE Lab is committed to advancing the most impactful translational innovation and interdisciplinary research through the utilization of cutting-edge technologies and data-driven dissemination. The Clinical Research Program Manager will support these efforts by collaborating with the lab director to oversee all operational, administrative, and strategic dimensions of interdisciplinary research initiatives focused on innovation in clinical care, sensor technology, precision health, and data science. This role involves coordinating collaborations across multiple sites and disciplines, including clinicians, engineers, data scientists, and community partners. The Program Manager ensures the achievement of project milestones, adherence to ethical standards, and compliance with data governance policies, while facilitating the translation of research into practical applications. Additionally, the position serves as the primary liaison among investigators, institutional leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders, thereby advancing the Lab's mission of enhancing patient outcomes through research and technological development.

Essential Functions Include
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of INSPIRE Lab research and innovation projects across multiple disciplines.
- Collaborate with principal investigators, clinicians, and technical experts to support the full research lifecycle—from conceptual design through dissemination.
- Oversee project operations, including budget management, documentation, regulatory submissions, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with federal, institutional, and data governance requirements, maintaining rigorous ethical and privacy standards.
- Supervise and mentor project coordinators, analysts, and technical staff involved in clinical and translational innovation.
- Support the development and implementation of workflows and metrics aligned with INSPIRE's strategic priorities.
- Facilitate collaborative partnerships and maintain effective communications among diverse research teams and sponsors.
- Manage logistics for grant submissions, funding renewals, and progress reporting.
- Promote a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning within the Lab.
