Role Overview

This hybrid position combines warehouse leadership with local delivery responsibilities. You'll oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery of products to our customers. Ideal candidates are collaborative and self-sufficient, as well as proactive, organized, and eager to take on increasing responsibility as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and supply chain teams
  • Implement and improve warehouse processes using Lean principles
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities

Driving & Logistics

  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to local customers and vendors
  • Load and unload deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain delivery logs, vehicle condition reports, and customer delivery records

Leadership & Growth

  • Train and mentor warehouse staff as the team grows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and facility expansion projects
  • Prepare to transition into a Warehouse Manager or Operations Supervisor role

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in food/beverage manufacturing
  • Flexible schedule required; must be available for early mornings, occasional evenings, and weekend shifts as needed
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with inventory systems and basic computer proficiency
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping
  • PIV/Forklift certification preferred
  • Passion for operational excellence and leadership development
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish
