As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will play a key role in monitoring and assisting with the flow of people and materials. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and managing entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, including the perimeter and key operational areas, to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any unusual or suspicious behavior to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Support loss prevention by maintaining awareness of inventory movement and reporting discrepancies or concerns.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel, providing directions or assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
