AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join our Water Resources (Water Quality) Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of Dallas, TX.

Our depth and breadth of expertise enables us to tackle the most technically complex and time-sensitive projects—driving innovation, resilience, and real-world impact where it matters most.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generally, applies standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out sequence of somewhat diversified tasks requiring the use of analysis, interpretation, and deductive reasoning.
- The Water Resources (Water Quality) Group projects range from the development and implementation of stormwater management program elements, to the design of stormwater quality structural controls for municipal operations and infrastructure projects and stormwater permitting assistance for municipal, industrial, and construction activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
- EXPERIENCE: Design/stormwater management experience and/or field/environmental compliance experience desired but not required; 0-2 Years of professional experience in a related technical field.
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
- SPECIAL SKILLS: PC skills required. Knowledge and experience in the use of the following software desired but not required: AutoCAD, Civil3D, ArcGIS, MicroStation, HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS.
- PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS: E.I. or EIT is usually required.

Expected compensation range is between $74,000 - $90,000 annually/hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
