Role Overview

As Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater construction projects across the DFW area. You'll manage budgets, schedules, client relationships, and field coordination—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive project execution: scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control.
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, safety, and quality teams to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor progress, forecast changes, and manage billing and work plans.
  • Conduct site visits and represent the company in meetings and inspections.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and oversee timely project close-out.
  • Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • 8+ years of project management experience in water/wastewater construction.
  • Hands-on knowledge of treatment plants, pump stations, or underground utilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat; scheduling software experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CMAR, CSP, or alternative delivery methods preferred.
  • Local experience in Houston or strong understanding of regional agency requirements is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $185,000.00 per year
