What We're Looking For
We're seeking a
Vice President of Product Marketing
to
elevate and expand an established team
, bringing next-level leadership during a pivotal stage of growth and innovation at Index. With groundbreaking new products on the horizon, this leader will sharpen our positioning, drive world-class go-to-market strategies, and scale the team's impact globally. Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing, you'll ensure our product marketing is not only keeping pace with innovation but also shaping market perception and accelerating adoption.
Here's What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire a high-performing product marketing team; foster development, coaching, and long-term career growth.
- Define and elevate Index's product positioning and messaging architecture, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation across audiences.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for global product launches, partnerships, and new feature releases—balancing global scale with regional nuance.
- Partner with Sales to create enablement programs, training, collateral, and playbooks that accelerate adoption and revenue.
- Drive competitive intelligence and customer insights to sharpen Index's differentiation.
- Own solution-level narratives across our portfolio, telling compelling stories that reinforce Index's thought leadership in the market.
- Measure and optimize adoption and impact through defined KPIs, collaborating with Analytics, Sales, and Product.
- Collaborate across the company to ensure awareness and alignment of key messaging, product priorities, and go to market.
- Keep on top of industry news and trends, translating what's happening in the industry into Index POVs for internal teams and customers.
Here's What You Need
- Proven leader with 12+ years of product marketing or related experience in digital media/ad tech, including 5+ years managing and scaling global teams.
- Strong track record of defining and executing GTM strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Exceptional communicator who can simplify complexity into compelling, customer-centered narratives.
- Customer-obsessed strategist who regularly engages with clients and Sales to bring the outside-in perspective.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience translating insights into clear actions.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the highest levels and represent Index externally.
- Creative problem solver with sharp attention to detail and operational rigor.
The base salary for this role is
$340,000 to $410,000 USD.
The total compensation package may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills and experience.
