Role Overview

We're looking for a
founder-minded growth hacker
who blends marketing strategy, product-led growth, and data-driven experimentation to spark early traction and scale meaningful human connection.

You'll be responsible for taking our core vision — reimagining digital relationships — and turning it into measurable community engagement, viral loops, and adoption momentum.

You will:

Architect and execute the go-to-market and growth strategy from zero to one.

Design and run creative experiments to identify scalable acquisition, activation, and retention channels.

Build and nurture early adopter communities that align with our mission.

Collaborate closely with product, content, and design teams to ensure growth is embedded into the product DNA.

Develop and refine messaging that resonates deeply with users' emotions and relationship goals.

Analyze data to uncover insights, optimize funnels, and accelerate growth through iteration.

Compensation
