About the Role

A prominent global supply chain and operations executive is assembling a small, high-caliber founding team for a 
stealth startup
 building the 
first-ever AI-native supplier discovery and global trade platform
. This platform will redefine how enterprises discover suppliers, assess risk, manage sourcing workflows, and operate in global, multi-tier supply chains.

We are looking for a sharp, ambitious, and execution-oriented 
Product & Strategy Associate
 to support the development of the early product foundation and the investor narrative.

Responsibilities

You will work directly with the founder (a globally recognized operations and supply chain leader) to help build core company artifacts and early product definition, including:

Product

  • Develop 
    detailed product specification documents
    , workflows, and feature definitions.
  • Support UX flow mapping, problem framing, and early customer-feedback loops.

Go-to-Market & Fundraising

  • Build and refine a 
    VC-ready pitch deck that synthesizes your
    vision, market landscape, competitive analysis, and early product strategy.
  • Assist in preparing 
    product demos, mockups, and narrative scripts
     for early customers and investors.

Strategy / Research

  • Conduct market, supply chain, and competitive research to inform product features and value prop.
  • Collaborate on use case development, customer profiling, and roadmap prioritization.

Qualifications (Screening Criteria)

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • MBA
     (completed or currently pursuing).
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or adjacent domains.
  • Strong proficiency in 
    PowerPoint
     (storytelling, structuring, slide design).
  • Functional understanding of 
    AI, LLMs, and agentic AI concepts
     (no deep technical expertise required).
  • Exceptional communication, research, and structured thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, early-stage environments.
