Position: Center Administrator

Location: Clovis, NM 88101

Facility: Genesis – West Region (St. Anthony Health & Rehab)

Job Type: W2 Contract

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week

Overtime: Begins after 40 hours/week

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $82/hr
  • Overtime & Holiday Rate: $123/hr
  • Weekly Gross (40 hrs): $3,280

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Administrator to oversee operations at St. Anthony Health & Rehab in Clovis, NM. This leader will ensure high-quality services, regulatory compliance, strong financial performance, and a positive culture for residents and staff.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising department heads, maintaining state and federal compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives to improve resident care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure efficient and effective services.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies.
  • Supervise and support department heads and administrative staff.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
  • Act as the primary liaison between staff, residents, families, and external partners.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain operational records.
  • Support hiring, training, and performance management of facility personnel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License (State of NM or eligible for reciprocity).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility administration.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (CMS, state DOH).
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Genesis HealthCare systems or similar LTC/SNF organizations.
  • Previous experience in high-volume healthcare facilities.
  • Demonstrated success improving facility compliance and performance metrics.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $82.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
