Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. This job requires someone that is compassionate and loves to connect with the elderly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various systems within our facilities. This role is essential for ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to a productive work environment.

Duties

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
  • Basic electrical and plumbing skills
  • Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting and repair purposes.
  • Work with logic controllers to maintain automated systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in facility operations.

Experience

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively.
  • Basic electrical and plumbing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
