Electrical Superintendent / Field Supervisor

Position Overview

We are actively seeking a results-driven Electrical Superintendent / Field Supervisor with the authority, expertise, and leadership to take full command of electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role demands a decisive leader who can manage multiple work crews simultaneously, enforce strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and drive projects to successful, on-time completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct all on-site electrical operations with confidence and precision.
  • Command multiple work crews, ensuring optimal productivity, coordination, and accountability across all teams.
  • Enforce safety protocols and company policies rigorously to maintain a zero-incident job site.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance with project specifications.
  • Interpret and execute blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation with expert accuracy.
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices at every phase of construction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated mastery of electrical construction management principles and field supervision. 10+ years of experience
  • Proven track record of leading multiple crews with authority, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Expertise in quality control and performance evaluation.
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in blueprint and schematic interpretation.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills to maintain control and clarity on fast-paced job sites.
  • OSHA 30 certification.

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Pay: $100,000.00 and up per year
